Services Chicago O'Hare Airport (ORD)

 

The ORD airport provides the following services avaliable for all passengers:

Transportation between terminals

ATS rail service links domestic terminals 1, 2 3, the international terminal 5, various parking facilities, the Kiss ‘N’ Fly drop off point and the PACE bus stop. The service runs 24h daily.

 

USO

USO is the United Service Organization that provides different services to military men and women and their relatives. The variety of facilities includes to enjoy relaxing areas, free beverages, information, Internet access, a children’s room, TV, books and magazines, emergency medical assistance or flight information among others.

 

Location of the USOs at O’Hare airport:

- Terminal 2 - Mezzanine Level, pre-security. Open: 24 hours daily. Phone: (773) 686-7396

- Terminal 3 - Mezzanine Level of the Rotunda, Concourse G, post-security. Open from 6a.m. to 10.30p.m. Phone: (773) 601-9500

 

Medical Services

At O’Hare airport there is the Urgent Care Clinic to attend all passengers with urgent medical care. Location: Terminal 2, ticketing level. Near the Kids on the Fly exhibit and Travelers Aid Office.

Opening hours: From Monday to Friday, from 8.00 am to 5 pm. Weekends and Holidays, from 9.00 am to 5 pm. Most insurances are accepted. No appointment is necessary.

Flu shots and visitations are also provided in Terminals 1, 2 and 3.

 

Lounges

Airline Lounges Service provided to passengers from different airline clubs. Travelers that are not members can enjoy as well of the relaxing and quiet atmosphere there before take their flight. Locations:

There are meeting rooms at Hilton Chicago O’Hare airport available.

Location: across from Terminals 1, 2, 3. In the lower arcade level of the Hilton Hotel.

 

United Club (Continental / United / Lufthansa) as well as Admirals Club (American Airlines / JAL / Iberia) have available meeting rooms.

Wi-Fi (Internet access) at O’Hare airport

Service provided throughout all terminals (1, 2, 3 and 5) at O’Hare Airport.

Service for free during the first 30 minutes. Premium service with unlimited access is also provided.

 

Power Stations

At ORD airport there are power charging stations available to all passengers that need the service. Power Stations and a virtual concierge which provides information in 8 different languages about transportation, hotel, weather, etc
