O’Hare Airport Transit System ATS

Travelers at O’Hare Airport have the following transportation option to move towards the different airport areas:

ATS - Airport Transit System (Within the airport)

Access within the airport complex can be accomplished using O’Hare’s Airport Transit System (ATS), a 2.5 mi (4 km) long automated people mover system that operates 24 hours a day, connecting all four terminals and the remote parking lots.

It is a free of use system which just takes nine minutes to complete its trip.

In times when ATS is under construction- as there has been under renovation works- there are shuttles available continuously.

Buses arrive every 5 to 15 minutes.

SHUTTLE BUSES

The Airport offers free shuttles buses to passengers to move between terminals.

Buses operate every 5 to 15 minutes.
