The ORD airport provides the following services avaliable for all passengers:
ATS rail service links domestic terminals 1, 2 3, the international terminal 5, various parking facilities, the Kiss ‘N’ Fly drop off point and the PACE bus stop. The service runs 24h daily.
USO is the United Service Organization that provides different services to military men and women and their relatives. The variety of facilities includes to enjoy relaxing areas, free beverages, information, Internet access, a children’s room, TV, books and magazines, emergency medical assistance or flight information among others.
Location of the USOs at O’Hare airport:

At O’Hare airport there is the Urgent Care Clinic to attend all passengers with urgent medical care. Location: Terminal 2, ticketing level. Near the Kids on the Fly exhibit and Travelers Aid Office.
Opening hours: From Monday to Friday, from 8.00 am to 5.00 pm. Weekends and Holidays, from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm. Most insurances are accepted. No appointment is necessary.
Flu shots and visitations are also provided in Terminals 1, 2 and 3.
