Lost and Found

  • For items lost at airline counters or on board, contact your airline directly.
  • For items lost at TSA checkpoints, use the official TSA lost & found portal.

Terminal 2 Services

Lounges

  • USO Lounge: Open 24 hours with snacks, kids’ area, printers, copiers, TV, and Internet terminals.

Tip: Military personnel and families should look for the USO Lounge near security in T2—comfortable, well-equipped, and open round-the-clock.

Medical Services

  • Urgent Care Clinic: Located at ticketing level. Open Mon-Fri 8am-5pm; weekends 9am-5pm.

Family Services

  • Family Lounge: Main Hall near Gate F1; play area, stroller parking, entertainment, and device charging.
  • Mother’s Room (Concourse F, crossover between Gates E5 and F9)
  • Lactation Pods (Concourse E, Gate E1; Concourse F, Gate F1)

Tip: Use the Family Lounge in T2 to help children burn off energy and enjoy special holiday entertainment events. Stroller parking and device charging are a plus for parents.

  • Located at mezzanine level for quiet reflection.

Terminal 3 Services

Terminal 5 Services (International Terminal)

  • British Airways Terraces Lounge (Concourse M): Premium food, drinks, flight monitors.
  • Delta Sky Club (Mall area, Gates M11–M14): Wine bar, showers, family room, snacks, Wi-Fi.

Tip: Delta’s newly expanded Sky Club offers spacious seating, showers, a wine bar, and a family room—ideal for lengthy layovers.

  • Hilton Chicago O’Hare Airport: Centrally located between Terminals 1, 2, 3, with direct walkway access. Amenities include showers (available for a fee), fitness center, multiple restaurants, bar, and direct CTA Blue Line access.

Tip: Staying at Hilton O’Hare puts travelers steps away from domestic terminals and offers relaxation between flights or during layovers.

Wi-Fi

  • 30 minutes free Wi-Fi available throughout all terminals; connect via "Boingo Hotspot" or "_Free_ORD_Wi-Fi".

Art Exhibitions

Luggage Storage and Smoking

  • No baggage storage or lockers at any terminal.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in all terminal areas.

Transfer Tips

  • Inter-terminal connection is easy: Use pedestrian tunnels for T1-T3; ATS train or free shuttle bus to reach Terminal 5 and other airport facilities.
  • Allow extra time for reaching Terminal 5, especially for international departures or arrivals.

Tip: The newly renovated ATS train runs 24/7; it’s the quickest way to access the international terminal, car rentals, economy parking, and train station
