O’Hare Terminal 1
O’Hare Airport Terminal 1 is one of the three domestic terminals available at O’Hare International Airport.
Terminal 1 is home of United Airlines, which hosts all its domestics flights in this terminal and the International Departures.
Levels
Baggage Level
This is the arrivals level and access to baggage claim, as well as transportation options.
Ticketing Level
It is the check-in and access to gates level.
Terminal 1 has two concourses named B and C. It has a total of 55 gates divided between both concourses. The two concourse buildings are parallel to each other, being Concourse C a satellite terminal with gates on all sides and Concourse B is adjacent to the airport main terminal building and houses passenger check-in, baggage claim, among others.
Concourse B
O’Hare Terminal 1 Concourse B consist of two levels:
Upper level: On the Upper Level there is a direct connection with the roadway and departures. It has also a direct connection with the Airport Transit System (ATS).
Lower level: On the Lower Level there is the Ground Transportation Area: Airport Express, Car Rental, Taxis and Limousines, Suburban and Reserved Taxis, Charter Buses. Bus Shuttle Center is located at Level 1.
Concourse B is home of B1-B12, B14, B16, B16A, B17, B17A, B18-24 gates.
Concourse C
Concourse C hosts gates C1 to C10, C10A, C11, C15, C16, C16A, C17, C18, C18A, and from C19 to C31.

Walking times from security check to gates:
Time to Concourse B(B1-B24): 1 to 5 minutes.
Time to the farthest C gate (C1-C31): 8 to 10 minutes.
Transfer between terminals
By the ATS train is possible to transfer between terminals at the pre-security areas. It has a few minutes’ frequency.
A shuttle bus connects the Parking Lot F and the domestic terminals (1, 2 and 3) with Terminal 5.
Alternatively, for transferring between domestic terminals, by the Pedestrian Tunnel Level is possible to get from one each other and also to the main parking garage, which is located in the center of the airport premises, the Hilton Hotel and the Bus/Shuttle Centre at Level 1.
Terminal 1 has a pedestrian tunnel that links with both Terminal 2 and 3.

United Airlines United Club (Gate B18): Terminal 1, Concourse B. Services: snacks, Wi-Fi, drinks, TV, Internet Terminals, telephones, among others.
United Airlines Polaris Lounge: Terminal 1, Concourse C. Services: Wi-Fi, showers, drinks, snacks, food, among others.
